Of Hungarian parents, John Havelda is an English poet and visual artist who lives in Oporto, Portugal. As a result, much of his work is multilingual. His work has appeared in magazines such as Chain, danDelion, The Paper and Oficina de Poesia. His publications include mor (1997) a bilingual book of texts and visual work translated by Manuel Portela, and Unparalled Candour (2005).
